2. What we process and why
2.1 Contact form and e-mail
The form on this site does not send data to our server. It opens your own e-mail client with a pre-filled message that you send yourself. We therefore receive your details as an ordinary e-mail.

2.2 Hosting logs
This site runs on GitHub Pages. Each page view causes the hosting provider to process technical data including your IP address, access time and browser type. We neither create nor have access to these logs.

2.3 Embedded Google Map
The map does not load automatically. No request is sent to Google until you consent. Once you do, Google processes your IP address and may set cookies.

3. Analytics and profiling
This site uses no Google Analytics or any other analytics or advertising tool, does not track visitors across sites, and carries out no automated decision-making or profiling.

- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC – embedded map (only if you consent to it)
- Websupport, s.r.o. – e-mail and DNS
- Public authorities where required by law
5. Transfers outside the EU
GitHub and Google are US-based. Transfers rely on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21), and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
